We've been patients at this practice for over 30 years and never regretted choosing Humber Road when we moved here. All the doctors are wonderful and very caring.

My biggest wish would be to bring back walk-in appointments. When I am not well the last thing I want to do is have to get up at 8.15am and spend half an hour trying to get through on the phone, regularly to finally be told there are no appointments. It is also exactly when I (and lots of others) am driving my son to school so often it is impossible to phone then. Please do something about it, it is the only thing wrong with an otherwise great surgery.

My review is not based on one singular experience, I just feel that every time I have needed the help of the GP's, nurses and reception staff they have delivered 100%. The front of house staff are professional, compassionate and always incredibly helpful. The medical staff are exceptional, they are understanding, again compassionate and very easy to talk to. In short the Humber Road surgery is fantastic!

Fantastic surgery. Sometimes there can be long phone queues to get an appointment but other than that the service is exceptional.
